FORT COLLINS FESTIVALS
Taste of Fort Collins
Taste of Fort Collins is a three-day music festival held in June every year. Held in Old Town, this festival celebrates music, drink, food, and fun with musicians all day long, activities for the kids, as well as artisans selling their wares. This festival attracts big names. There are activities for the kids during the day, such as jump houses, balloons, games, and more. This fun-filled activity is a big draw and is a highlight of the year for many Fort Collins residents.
New West Fest
Another family-centered music festival that is held in August every year is New West Fest. This free, three-day music festival is held in downtown Fort Collins and features different genres of music and Colorado musicians. For the kids, there’s a petting zoo, craft stations, jump houses, and discovery centers. This popular Fort Collins festival is magical at night under the stars, and the beer helps to keep the heat at bay.
Tour de Fat
Held in September, the Tour de Fat is a highly-anticipated festival held in Fort Collins. This festival calls attention to using bikes as a means of transportation, which is perfect for college students. It features a bike parade with people in outrageous costumes biking around town. Merchandise sale proceeds go to local nonprofit groups. Held in Old Town, the bike parade ends at New Belgium Brewery where the festivities continue.
