ALL APPLICANTS, whether applying to occupy the apartment or applying to be a Guarantor for an apartment, must print and sign an Application or Lease Contract Guaranty page and submit it along with Proof of Income at the time of Application.
Lease lengths shorter than 12-14 months are priced individually and are dependant upon availability.
There will be an application fee of $40.00 per applicant. We accept personal or cashiers checks or money orders made out to Stone Creek Apartments, or pay through our online payment system, Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover & Debit cards are accepted.
