ALL APPLICANTS, whether applying to occupy the apartment or applying to be a Guarantor for an apartment, must print and sign a Rental Qualifications page and submit it along with Proof of Income at the time of Application.
Lease lengths shorter than 12-14 months are priced individually and are dependant upon availability.
There will be an application fee of $40.00 per person. Cashiers checks or money orders made out to Stone Creek Apartments, only please.
